Economist graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), holding a Master’s Degree in Economic and Financial Management from ENAE Business School. He has over eight years of specialized experience in strategic planning, corporate financial analysis, and comprehensive risk management.

Throughout his career, he has actively participated in organizational transformation processes, structural design, and corporate governance. His multisectoral profile has allowed him to manage operations in industries such as healthcare, insurance, retail, fuel, and security, standing out for his expertise in process optimization and international quality certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BASC, and JCI.

At Strategy Partners, Raúl provides detailed analyses that drive operational efficiency, supporting Top Management by translating complex data into high-impact strategic decisions. His consulting work is complemented by a strong academic commitment; he is currently a professor in the Business Department at PUCMM and teaches Module II: Financial Statement Analysis and Corporate Finance within the Diploma in Practical Introduction to the Capital Market, organized by the Dominican Republic Stock Exchange (BVRD) in conjunction with INTEC and PUCMM.
